The Remington Place Estates Homeowners’ Association is governed by the bylaws in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Bylaws which can be accessed in the Documents & Forms section. Board Members are elected by the members at the annual meeting where officers and committees are also appointed. Membership in the HOA is mandatory for all property owners and the annual dues of $110.00 are due on January 1st of each year. Payments can be made to Remington Place Estates HOA at 2160 N. Main St. Suite C #89 Newcastle, OK 73065.

The Board of Directors and Officers make sure the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (also available in the Documents & Forms Section) are enforced in order to ensure the nice appearance and security of the neighborhood.  In order to promote neighborly camaraderie, the association provides a couple of social events during the year. Annual events for the past ten years or more has been the Christmas Extravaganza Party, with horse drawn carriage rides and the 4th of July parade.
